• The floors will be recarpeted.   The apartment is painted with off white flat paint.
• The livingroom has a ceiling fan and two large windows provinding good air flow. A 4x8 storage closet with shelving and sliding mirrored doors add spacious feel to an already sizable livingroom.
• Each bedroom has a wall to wall large closet with mirrored sliding doors. Ceiling fans in each room.
• The bathroom will be remodeled into a walk-in shower enclosure, with Travetine tile. There is a small window above the shower.
• The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, refrigerator, ceiling fan and lots of sorage space. Spacious kitchen has room for dining table and chairs.Two windows on different walls provide a good airflow. Kitchen walls have custom paint job with three tone "rag roll" paining method.
• The upstairs patio is shared with the unit next to it.

The building is a 4-plex, along oak tree lined street two blocks away from Oak Park. NO SMOKING anywhere on the property.

Only six people reside in the complex at this time. There is one reserved off-street parking space for each unit. We have softened hot water. Coin operated laundry available on site. One year lease required. Newly insatalled Solar Panels and Mini-Split Ductless A/C in one bedroom. None of the utilities are included in the rent.
